RESULTS
LEXINGTON, MA - Friday of April Vacation week provided the perfect opportunity for LHS's Bomb Squad to welcome teams from across eastern Massachusetts for a hammer throw meet. As the preeminent hammer throwing program in the Bay State, it was no surprise that both the top throws in both the boys' and girls' hammer came from LHS student-athletes. Junior Franz Schroeder won by just under 30-feet with a throw of 174'3". Meanwhile it was fellow classmate Ainsley Cuthbertson, with a throw of 144'4", who took home the top spot in the girls' hammer.
Other Highlights from the Meet
Up Next
The Minutemen return to full squad action this Wednesday, April 30th against rival Woburn. The Lex girls have had some epic duals with Woburn over the years, and this year is expected to be no different when the Tanners come to town. The meet is scheduled to begin at 4pm at the Lexington Center Track.
