PROVIDENCE, RI - Inclement weather delayed the opening of the Middlesex League schedule on Saturday. However, that did not stop LHS's hammer throwers from traveling down to Providence for the 56th Annual R.I. Knights of Columbus Relays. In a very deep and talented field that saw both the boys and girls US #1 marks set, senior captain Elijah Brown (137’1”) and fellow classmate Quin Tandeih (94’3”) were LHS’s top finishers - 30th and 32nd respectively - in the boys and girls Hammer Throw.
