Standard Strength Circuits
The below circuits are generalized strength training circuits that can be adapted to suit your own personal needs. They are not meant to serve as a replacement for a personalized physical therapy or a personalized strength & conditioning program. All circuits should be incorporated following event specific workouts in a balanced manner 3-5x per week. Difficulty should be selected based on a conservative assessment of current fitness and ability. Failure to do so may increase chances for injury and burnout. All circuits can be progressively increased once completion/mastery of all exercises in the circuit are consistently achieved for 10-20 days.
