Please use the below resources as guidelines to help inform your training and racing. They are not meant to predict performance and all training paces should be utilized based on a conservative assessment of current fitness -- NOT goal fitness. Training too far and often outside of your current fitness level can result in an increased chance for injury and burnout. A consistent, balanced application of accurate training paces can contribute to increased training adaptations and fitness.
